Kentucky Virtual Library is a collection of databases for all ages provided by the state of Kentucky. KYVL includes Grolier encyclopedias and databases geared for children; scholarly databases for college students; and databases for general research for Kentucky residents of all ages. KYVL is accessible from within the library or from home with the current login and password. Please contact the library for current login information for access from home.

GALE – from “how to” health to homework help, eBooks on GVRL from GALE and Premier Publishers serve the research needs of our community.

KY Encyclopedia

The Kentucky Encyclopedia’s 2,000-plus entries are the work of more than five hundred writers. Their subjects reflect all areas of the commonwealth and span the time from prehistoric settlement to today’s headlines, recording Kentuckians’ achievements in art, architecture, business, education, politics, religion, science and sports. Biographical sketches of governors, senators, noted congressmen, and state and local politicians.

If you have a small engine repair project to tackle, we can help you do it yourself with the Small Engine Repair Reference Center. Access major repair guides covering routine maintenance and complex projects for all major makes and models. Search information by a variety of categories, including product type, brand, model, model number and engine type. Learn how to repair: Rotary Tillers, Diesel Engines, ATVs, Boats, Generators, Lawnmowers, Motorcycles and more.

Car or truck in need of repair? With the Auto Repair Reference Center, you have immediate access to repair and maintenance information for most major manufacturers of domestic and imported vehicles. New repair procedures, technical service bulletins (TSBs) and other materials are added on a regular basis. All of the content has been created by ASE certified technicians.
